香港嘅士多文化，喺六、七十年代大行其道，『義興士多』就係源於1963年。當時前舖後居仲有出租麻雀比街坊打番幾圈，到咗1967年暴動嘅時候搬到現時嘅位置，一做就43年！由初初賣茶水、公仔麵，客路靠一班專開夜班嘅製衣業車間阿姐(工廠妹)，同電子廠嘅工友，養大咗8個仔女。當年只有6、7歲就坐喺櫃頭收錢嗰個最細嘅妹妹今日終於出嫁喇，『義興士多』又可以再一次掛出一個紙牌寫住『東主有喜休息一天』「士多妹」上
